Junior Julien is a product of the Mississauga area Westwood Wildcats (now Lincoln Alexander Public school), and has built an impressive resume for himself since graduating in 1993. After his high school success he went on to play varsity basketball at George brown collage, while getting his certificate in graphics. After college basketball in 1998, he went on to give back to the youths, and went back to Westwood to help coach the Junior basketball team. With 2 peel Championships as a coach and 3 Peel Championships as a player Junior decided to get certified as a coach in 2000. He has Coached for OBA (Ontario Basketball Association) for MUMBA 2008-2010, He has been the organizer and convener of B-Ball North adult and junior basketball leagues since 2006 (see www.bballnorth.com and youth.bballnorth.com). Coached U19 AAU Basketball Teams 2011 to 2014.
Outside of the basketball world Junior is a family man. He has been Happily married since 2000, and has 3 wonderful kids. With his technology background he does customer support, product support, and web development. B-Ball North prides itself on its oustanding staff. The camps coaches are comprised of predominantly current and former Canadian/US college and university players, basketball professionals, certified personal trainers and NCCP certified coaches. The camp hopes to teach and strengthen your athlete's basketball skills, while at the same time learning leadership, teamwork and goal setting skills. We are dedicated to overseeing and improving the quality of basketball programming and instruction we deliver. As such our dynamic and current team of skilled and experienced basketball instructors strives to provide youth and teens of all ages and abilities with a safe, fun, and challenging environment to grow their basketball and life skills to aspire to reach their HIGHEST potential.
B-Ball Norths mission is to provides development services. Core services focus on the child and youth population while also providing gap filling opportunities for other age groups. We focuses on youth development and youth engagement, teaching life through the spirit of sport.
